Yaniv Sazman is the Manager of Product Management Security for NGINX and OSS at F5 with a focus on modern app architectures. During his tenure at F5, he has successfully launched NGINX App Protect Web application firewall (WAF) and denial of service (DoS) software products designed specifically for cybersecurity protection of modern apps. Prior to joining F5, Yaniv's career spans over 19 years of security engineering experience within high-tech organizations specializing in networking, big data, cybersecurity, machine learning techniques, and building applications for modern environments. Yaniv holds a degree as a Practical Software Engineer from the Open University of Israel and served for five years in the 8200 technological unit of the Israeli Intelligence Corps.
