Stephen Maloney joined Acuant from AssureTec where he was president and chief operating officer. He has more than 25 years of wide-ranging experience as a senior operating executive in technology. Prior to AssureTec, Mr. Maloney was cofounder, director and president of SolutionPoint International, a diversified security and risk management company. He was chairman of Design2Launch, a pioneer in digital workflow software that was sold to Eastman Kodak Company. He was executive vice president of MSA, a leader in explosive detection services that was one of the first companies to receive Safety Act certification by DHS. Earlier he cofounded and was CEO of i3 Mobile, a leader in wireless information. He led the company to a successful IPO. He graduated from Fordham, has an M.B.A., and holds or has held TS clearance.
