Jim Zimmermann is Skillsoft's Solutions Principal for IT and Digital Skills Portfolios. He works with current and prospective customers to help them address their IT skills challenges through training. In 2016, Jim was awarded Skillsoft's Outstanding Achievement Award for supporting Skillsoft's IT training solution sales efforts.

Jim has more than 40 years of experience in IT and telecommunications and has started and sold three successful IT and media businesses. Jim is also a successful writer and analyst, and he donates his time and talent to help nonprofits develop their Web and social presence.
