Elfije Lemaitre is VP, Energy, Utilities & Chemicals Lead at Capgemini Americas. Prior to joining Capgemini, Elfije was a Managing Director at Accenture and led its North America Downstream Oil & Gas Industry Practice. She also served as the North America growth lead for innovative areas of the energy market such as digital supply chain, trading, optimization and analytics, as well as worker productivity. Elfije is based in the Houston area with her husband and two children, and is involved with multiple community organizations.
