Chip Daniels is a recently retired Army Colonel and proven leader with vast experience at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels leading diverse organizations. Prior to joining SolarWinds as Senior Director, Government Affairs, Chip completed a fellowship with SAIC, where he supported the Army, Navy, and Defense Logistics accounts.

 

For his final job in the Army, Chip served as Director of Army Programs in the Office of the Chief Legislative Liaison for the U.S. Army. During this time, he and his team liaised with the US Congress to craft the annual National Defense Authorization Act (the "defense bill") and advised senior defense officials at the Secretarial level on Congressional engagement and funding strategies.
