Charles Fullwood has more than 15 years of industry experience. He directs software sales engineering at Force 3, a federal IT solutions company, where he is responsible for developing and leading a team of software sales and delivery engineers. Before joining Force 3, Charles spent much of his career at IBM, working his way from solutions architect to director of software sales engineering.
