Brad believes that a truly successful company begins with its employees and the culture they build together as a team. It's a philosophy he has cultivated throughout his career, from management stints at SBC Communications and @Home Network to his time as CEO of Dialpad Communications through his present role as CEO at Hightail. As a Senior Vice-President at Yahoo, Brad was responsible for all of the company's communications products, including Yahoo Mail and Yahoo Messenger.
