He holds over 30 years of experience formulating and executing business and operational strategies to accelerate growth in the enterprise and technology markets. Before joining ExtraHop, Kareem served as president of Fluke Networks, where he helped the company increase revenue to more than $350 million while considerably increasing operating margins. Previously, Arif was vice president and general manager of Tektronix and senior vice president and general manager of Radisys.
