PRESS RELEASE

CUPERTINO, Calif., Feb. 12, 2009 " Solidcore' Systems, Inc., the leader in protecting critical IT infrastructure from devices to the data center, today announced that Retalix (NASDAQ: RTLX), a global provider of software solutions for retailers and distributors, has fully integrated and will resell Solidcore's POS Check and Control software with Retalix StorePoint and StoreLine point-of-sale (POS) solutions.

The strategic resale agreement extends Solidcore's existing partnership with Retalix, and provides customers with a single solution for replacing anti-virus (AV) and host intrusion (HIPS), and meeting the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance requirements across retail store systems without compromising runtime performance.

Solidcore POS Check and Control combines dynamic whitelisting, file integrity monitoring (FIM), malware protection, and configuration assessment capabilities to give retailers a single solution for meeting PCI requirements on store systems. The software ensures only pre-authorized applications and code can run on POS systems, and unlike other whitelisting approaches, Solidcore accommodates authorized updates without relying on access to a centralized inventory - making it ideal for retail store environments. In the same software package, Solidcore provides continuous file integrity monitoring that eliminates the need for repeat system scans and allows retailers to easily meet the FIM and audit trail requirements in PCI Sections 10 and 11 without impacting the performance of their POS systems. Retailers also benefit from Solidcore's security configuration assessment capabilities that easily allow for regular comparisons against the Center for Internet Security (CIS) benchmarks.

"PCI compliance is a significant issue for our industry and the expanded partnership with Solidcore provides Retalix customers with protection against threats and malware that other solutions cannot prevent," said Ray Carlin, executive vice president of Retalix. "Now, Retalix can offer our users the leading security system and Solidcore's outstanding approach to PCI, fully integrated, tested, and proven."

Solidcore's patented technology is providing security and PCI compliance for more than 100,000 critical systems throughout the world, and is the chosen protection solution for many of the world's leading fixed-function device manufacturers. The patented technology, which powers the Solidcore POS Check and Control software, was also recently awarded "NSS Labs Approved" by NSS Labs, the globally recognized leader in independent security testing and certification.

"Retalix is an experienced and recognized leader in delivering point-of-sale solutions to grocery and convenience retailers, which makes this resale partnership a significant milestone in securing retail store systems," said Jill Kyte, vice president of marketing and business development for Solidcore. "We look forward to working with Retalix to give more retailers the best, single-solution approach to proactively securing their POS environments and meeting the PCI mandates for POS systems."
