QinetiQ North America Completes Acquisition of Cyber Firm Cyveillance
Cyveillance will now operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of QinetiQ, continuing to deliver Internet risk and threat information to commercial organizations worldwide

MCLEAN, Va., July 6, 2009 -- QinetiQ North America, a provider of information technology and engineering solutions to the U.S. government, effective July 1st has acquired Cyveillance, a leading provider of cyber intelligence products to commercial clients. Under the terms of the deal, Cyveillance will now operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of QinetiQ North America.
