WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Authentium, Inc., the leading provider of extensible security software technologies and service platforms, announced today availability of the Authentium Extensible Service Platform (ESP) for Enterprise, enabling organizations to procure, deploy and manage antispyware, antivirus and content filtering solutions, and other end-point software applications from multiple vendors through a single, integrated, management interface. ESP Enterprise is immediately available.

With ESP Enterprise, network administrators no longer have to settle for non-performing vendor solutions. Through a simple online interface, administrators can remove an existing security tool and select a new one within minutes, eliminating the need to interface with multiple vendors. Authentium's next generation ESP Enterprise platform enables fast, easy deployment of security and other application modules from Authentium and other leading developers, plus integrated procurement, policy configuration, reporting and update management capabilities. Additionally, acquiring new licenses can be easily managed through the console, vastly reducing the time it takes to get users up and running.

"Most organizations attempt to protect themselves and their users from online threats by patching together security software from multiple vendors. Along with potential integration issues, they face the cumbersome process of keeping all their software and licenses up to date. Missing even one update can result in a potentially dangerous security breach for thousands of users," said John Sharp, chairman and CEO of Authentium. "Authentium takes the management headache out of this process, while embracing the sound best-of-breed strategy by introducing a management console that serves as a security dashboard providing a holistic view of the status of protections across the entire enterprise - right down to the user. Based on customer response, we see this approach as the security solution of the future and a platform for the acquisition, distribution and management of a wide variety of end-point software solutions."
