ZeroNines Technology announced it has reached a definitive agreement with Aubice to co-develop a secure, high-available compliance product
CASTLE ROCK, Colo. -- ZeroNines Technology, Inc., a provider of information security and high availability solutions, announced today it has reached a definitive agreement with Aubice, Inc., a Colorado based company to co-develop a secure, high-available compliance product.
Alan Gin, CEO of ZeroNines commented, "Our relationship with Aubice has truly been a collaborative technical effort providing the first secure and always available compliance product of its kind. Our technology clearly demonstrates to security and business continuity managers the strength of our journaling capability. It captures all financial and business critical information while synchronizing it to multiple secure, remote locations at greater distances than is currently available. We call this MultiSynchronization(TM). Aubice provides a unique capability to search unstructured data elements across an enterprise and create actionable information. We've partnered to use our unique capabilities to deliver a very clever compliance offering."
Dr. Michael G. Zentner, Aubice's CEO, commented, "Our technology platform in the search and connect domains blends perfectly with the secure transactional technology of ZeroNines. This results in a unique combination of competencies that differentiates the joint offering from any other product currently available."
Gin added, "The ZeroNines FailSafe architecture provides seamless application availability, displacing the need for reactive fail-over and recovery solutions. We are able to provide the highest level of availability without modification to existing customer applications. Working with the Aubice team to create a read-only template for Sarbanes-Oxley and HIPPA compliance ad-hoc reporting proved to be a valuable tool for every enterprise with which we've spoken."
