PRESS RELEASE

LONDON, Jan. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- GuestTek International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: GESM) announces that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary Enable Software Ltd has identified a new trend in spam and email threats. Spammers are using fake email addresses that are similar to the email addresses of local parcel delivery companies. The email contains a generic message stating that the company attempted to make a delivery to the users address and was unsuccessful. The email then instructs the user to view an attachment, which contains Trojan horses, viruses and other malware.

Spammers collect e-mail addresses from chat rooms, websites, customer lists, newsgroups, viruses which harvest users' address books, and are sold to other spammers. Enable is warning businesses and individuals that these spammers also use a practice known as "e-mail appending" or "epending" in which they use known information about their target (such as a postal address) to search for the target's email address. Enable states that Spam averages over 92% of all e-mail sent and is becoming increasingly sophisticated. It is this 'known information' about the recipient that leads them to put a level of trust in the email and causes for them to be duped into opening a potentially hazardous file attachment.

"We are pleased with the advancements Enable has made so far in this area and are warning people to be cautious of any email they receive at this time claiming to be in connection with a 'missed delivery'. Our technology is becoming extremely sophisticated and allows us to identify many new trends in spam daily, which we then use to help our system filter out such cyber threats," stated Daniel Jenkins, Director and Chief Technical Officer of GuestTek International, Inc.
