MXL Logic Enhances SaaS Solutions

Company bolsters line of email, Web, disaster recovery, and message archiving services

Englewood, Colo. " July 22, 2009 " MX Logic, the world's largest independent provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) messaging security solutions, today implemented several new enhancements to its complete line of email, Web, disaster recovery and message archiving services. The MX Logic Control Console, used to manage accounts and service settings, has been redesigned with new enhancements that make email and Internet security management faster and easier than ever. For example, all of the Control Console pages, including pre-authentication, password and security-question pages, have all been redesigned with a consistent and more streamlined look and feel. In addition, new changes allow users to instantly adjust and view content in their preferred language, including English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese, and Korean. In addition to the Control Console redesign and new features, MX Logic implemented several new enhancements to its individual security services. These include: - New Outlook Integration " The MX Logic Message Archiving Service is now integrated with Microsoft Outlook 2007, allowing authorized users to search for archived messages directly from their Outlook folders.

- Instant Backscatter Abatement " The MX Logic Email Defense Service now gives users the ability to block inbound bounce messages instantly with a simple check of a box, eliminating this increasingly common and disruptive threat tactic.

- Improved Web Protection " The MX Logic Web Defense Service now receives automated and real-time security updates from the MX Logic Threat Center, providing greater protection against zero-hour phishing attacks and malicious URLs.

"Our global MX SecureNet SaaS platform allows us to continuously deliver more value and functionality to our customers through regular updates and enhancements," said Pete Khanna, president and COO of MX Logic. "For this release, we focused on making our solutions even easier and more efficient to use, so customers can spend less time worrying about spam and viruses, and more time on the critical IT issues facing their business." All of these new service enhancements are automatically available to all MX Logic customers at no additional charge.
