PRESS RELEASE

Enola, PA - February 2, 2009 - CyberPatrol LLC, a leading provider of parental controls and web filtering technologies today announced a new, free online web"surfing safety assessment Toolkit that will help parents, educators and small business owners review online surfing habits and help determine what safety measures should be implemented. The CyberPatrol Toolkit is the only toolkit of its kind.

Included in the Toolkit is CyberPatrol's Threat Detector tool, released in Beta at the Consumer Electronics Show in January and now available in full release. Threat Detector specifically helps parents determine the number and kind of inappropriate and unsafe sites found on a PC that CyberPatrol's Parental Controls software would block. Also available in the Toolkit is Website Lookup. This enables you to enter a URL to determine how CyberPatrol categorizes the website. You can determine if the site is safe to visit before going there.

"CyberPatrol's aim is to provide parents and others with a collection of free tools so they can readily assess what unsafe or inappropriate behaviors are taking place on PCs," said Tori Case, Vice President of Product Management at CyberPatrol. "Certain sites, such as pornography, may be considered inappropriate because of their content while others can pose a threat because of viruses, spyware and phishing. CyberPatrol's new Toolkit provides a quick and easy way to assess the state of PCs as well as offering families and small businesses access to a free trial version of CyberPatrol's Parental Controls software.

While most parents, educators and small business owners believe PC users are behaving appropriately online and are safe, 71% of teens admit they do not tell their parents what they are doing online. Small business owners also report that employee use of inappropriate sites negatively impacts productivity, while accessing unsafe sites can result in data and monetary loss and damaged computing equipment. The new Toolkit is available as a free download from http://www.cyberpatrol.com/toolkit.asp

"Parents and others need a quick and no-cost way to determine what is being accessed on the Internet," added Case. "The CyberPatrol Toolkit can be an important element in a comprehensive effort to protect employees and children by reducing risks posed by those who use the Internet for unscrupulous and unsavory purposes. We hope PC users take advantage of this free service." About CyberPatrol, LLC CyberPatrol is a pioneer and leader in the web filtering market.
