PRESS RELEASE

San Jose, Calif. July 29, 2009 - Agiliance Inc., a leader in integrated Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), today announced that it has entered into a joint business relationship with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") which calls for the joint marketing, sales and delivery of solutions that help to automate customers' expensive manual processes for meeting increasingly stringent government and industry mandates.

Agiliance and PwC are leveraging the synergy of the PwC domain experience in GRC, internal controls, and information security consulting services and Agiliance's market leading technology for the open, scalable delivery of GRC automation. Using Agiliance's RiskVision platform, various companies have enabled customers to significantly reduce the extensive cost and risk of manually executing compliance, security, and risk processes throughout their enterprise.

"Our relationship with Agiliance Inc. allows us to provide our customers with the dynamic solutions they need in order to not only save cost but also transform their business," said Jerry Lewis, a Dallas based principal in PwC's Advisory practice. "We are looking forward to leveraging Agiliance's RiskVision platform with PwC's experience in GRC, internal controls, and information security consulting services to continue to lead the way in GRC automation."

Agiliance RiskVision is the industry's first out-of-the-box, fully-integrated GRC solution platform. The purpose-built platform includes five key GRC applications: Compliance Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, Incident Management, Policy Management and a growing number of integrated solutions including Data Privacy Management and Threat and Vulnerability Management. Implemented using an agile, scalable approach, the RiskVision platform offers innovative technologies such as a Common Control Framework, an Assessment Automation Engine, a Risk Aware Asset Database and Key Risk Indicator Dashboards. These essential technologies have been optimized for simplified integration with partners such as PwC and for companies who want to deploy a scalable GRC program using a continuous, risk-centric approach.

"PwC brings unparalleled vertical market and subject matter experience across a broad spectrum of industries. PwC is also the trusted advisor for a large number of Fortune Global 5000 companies," said Mark Lockareff, President and Chief Executive Officer, Agiliance. "The combination of PwC's know-how and Agiliance's technology will enable both companies to deliver leading industry GRC solutions at a global scale."
