PRESS RELEASE

AUSTIN, Texas " February 10, 2010 " Conformity Inc., provider of the first enterprise-class management and governance solution for SaaS and cloud applications, today announced a partnership and integration with VeriSign, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRSN), the trusted provider of Internet infrastructure services for the networked world. As a result, Conformity's customers now have the ability to secure and safeguard critical cloud application access and authorization information, and provide enterprise-class authentication security to Conformity users.

Conformity has integrated the VeriSign' Identity Protection (VIP) Authentication Service, and now offers its customers the ability to implement strong, two-factor authentication for Conformity solution administrators responsible for controlling access and permissions across the customers' cloud applications. Provided by VeriSign as a cloud-based authentication service, VIP enables enterprises to strengthen typical username and password account access with an additional factor of authentication using a unique one-time password (OTP) generated by a user's VIP security credential. Conformity also plans to extend the integration with VIP to provide additional functionalities to customers in the areas of provisioning and policy enforcement.

In addition, Conformity and VeriSign announced that they will refer the other's offerings to enterprise customers with a need for enhanced user authentication and authorization management for their cloud applications and users, and to engage in joint marketing and sales activities.

"Conformity provides a centralized point of administration and management for cloud applications, and implementing VIP is a key step in helping customers safeguard access." said Kerry Loftus, vice president of User Authentication at VeriSign. "By integrating VIP into their solution, Conformity will make it vastly more difficult for unauthorized users to access their solution. Businesses that truly understand the real risk protect their sites and customers with VIP Authentication Service."

"We are committed to defending the security of our customers' information, and are constantly seeking to strengthen and extend our capabilities and support," said Scott Bils, co-founder and chief marketing officer at Conformity. "Adding VIP two-factor authentication offers our customers an easy and convenient way to dramatically increase the security of their Conformity solution."

Many Minds. Singular Results

From: Laura Beck Sent: Tuesday, February 02, 2010 2:54 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Conformity partners w/ Ping Identity. Enterprise SaaS Systems Management co keeps evolving!

You may recall end of September when Austin-based Conformity (www.conformity-inc.com) formally launched its Enterprise SaaS Systems Management solutions and management platform, timed around the first Enterprise SaaS Working Group webinar, organized by Conformity, and including 7 other influencers such as Dell, SFDC, SuccessFactors, Appirio, Ingres, etc. Conformity has been on a tear ever since, adding paying customers, and partners like Google, Amazon, NetSuite. They held the 2nd Enterprise SaaS Working Group meeting early December, and focused in on access and identity management in the cloud. VeriSign was a special guest.

With that foreshadowing, today, Conformity announced a strategic partnership with Ping, a leader in Internet Identity Security, which will give joint customers comprehensive visibility and control of user access and usage of SaaS and cloud-based applications. That release is below. In addition to the Ping news, as you can imagine, Conformity will be putting out a joint announcement with VeriSign soon, both partnership and integration.

We are happy to get you on the phone with Conformity execs to talk about Ping, or pre-brief you on VeriSign, or connect you with the right execs from either security company, or talk with Conformity customers, or any of the co's who are part of the Working Group, which will be meeting up again soon.

While major vendors (IBM, Cisco, CA, etc.) offer governance and identity solutions, Conformity is the first enterprise-class management and governance solution for SaaS and cloud applications available. As companies " even big enterprise - continue to move to the cloud, Conformity's solutions and partnerships will continue to simplify the process. We will continue to keep you posted and are always happy to get you more information. THX!
