Network security provider says hires will each makes a contribution to at least one of Bradford's four strategic initiatives

Concord, N.H. - June 2, 2010 - Bradford Networks, a proven leader in securing today's heterogeneous networks, announced today that it has added three new senior executives to its management team: Joe Celia has joined as Vice President of Sales, Americas; Gary Mead has joined as Vice President, EMEA and David Yachnin has joined as Vice President, Business Development.

All three are seasoned high-tech veterans, and each makes a contribution to at least one of Bradford's four strategic initiatives: - Increasing awareness and adoption of Bradford's Adaptive Network Security(tm) (ANS) platform, which represents the evolution of Network Access Control (NAC); - Expanding the company's already large footprint in the Education sector; - Increasing the company's market share in the Healthcare sector; and - Improving the company's presence and market share in EMEA.

"Joe, Gary and David all have experience helping companies of our size accelerate growth and build a strong base for the future - they are great additions to our senior management team."

Joe Celia, Vice President of Sales, Americas Celia, a 28-year-veteran of the high-tech and networking industries, is responsible for Bradford Networks' sales activities in the Americas, reporting to Bjork. He joins Bradford from HP, where he headed wireless networking sales for the Americas. During his tenure there, HP grew its wireless business exponentially while expanding market share every quarter. Prior to HP, Celia was Director of Sales for wireless networking gear vendor Colubris Networks (acquired by HP in 2008), where he helped drive significant revenue growth in new verticals such as healthcare. He has also held senior-level sales and marketing roles at Motorola, 3Com, Symbol Technologies and Accton Technology. Celia holds a BS from Northeastern University and lives in the Boston area.

Gary Mead, Vice President of Sales, EMEA Mead is responsible for Bradford Networks' sales activities in EMEA, reporting to Bjork. He also joins Bradford from HP/Colubris, and has a 30-year track record of building successful sales channels in Europe and Asia. As Vice President, Strategic Alliances at HP, Mead was responsible for the global sales and business development for the strategic partners of HP. Prior to this, he was Vice President of International Sales at Colubris Networks where he achieved substantial growth in revenues, partner distribution and strategic alliances which led ultimately to the acquisition of Colubris by HP. Mead also served in a variety of senior-level sales roles with SpectraLink (acquired by Polycom), Octave Communications, PictureTel and Motorola. He holds a BS from Coventry University and lives just outside of London.

David Yachnin, Vice President, Business Development Yachnin is responsible for Business Development for Bradford Networks, reporting to Bjork, and is focused on establishing and strengthening relationships with the company's channel and industry partners - a swiftly growing area of business. He joins Bradford Networks from CA, where he was CTO of its Federal business unit. Yachnin has worked for large public companies in sales and business development roles, including Cullinet, Oracle and Progress Software, and has also held senior sales management roles in emerging technology firms including Onewave (IPO, 1997), Systinet (acquired by HP) and Frictionless Commerce (acquired by SAP). He holds a BS from Dawson College and lives on Boston's North Shore.
