Cyxtera Completes Immunity Purchase

Cyxtera, a secure infrastructure company, has completed the acquisition of Immunity, a company specializing in offense-oriented cybersecurity. Cyxtera has announced plans to incorporate the Immunity services and technologies into its own service portfolio.

The deal, announced in January, will add penetration testing, consulting services, and specialized products to the Cyxtera service lineup, in addition to Immunity's INFILTRATE conference, which focuses on technical issues around cyber offense and counter-offense.

Cyxtera operates 57 data centers serving more than 3,500 customers in business, government, and managed service provider markets.
