Trump Names New Head of Economic Council for Cybersecurity, Technology
Grace Koh will be special assistant to the President for technology, telecom, and cybersecurity.
The White House has appointed Grace Koh to head National Economic Council’s cyber division where she will be special assistant to President Donald Trump in matters of technology, telecom, and cybersecurity, reports Nextgov.
Koh comes from the House Energy and Commerce Committee, where she worked as technology counsel and was previously employed as policy counsel for cable company Cox. She is part of a 13-member team appointed to the Council.
"We have assembled a best-in-class team of policy advisers to drive President Trump’s bold plan for job creation and economic growth," said Council director Gary Cohn.
