Symark Launches Professional Services Division

Agoura Hills, Calif.—March 5, 2009—Symark International, developer of the PowerSeries identity and access management solutions for heterogeneous IT environments, today announced the launch of Symark Professional Services, a new practice dedicated to expediting the incorporation of Symark's PowerSeries solutions within a company's IT infrastructure.

The practice was created to reduce the risks associated with a new deployment and help companies get the maximum return on their security investment. Symark's product experts use their extensive knowledge of the Company's product suite and their deployment expertise to quickly assess an organization's unique network environment and business policies, and advise on privileged access control best practices, including recommendations on configurations and security policies.

As part of this new practice, Symark will also enable its customers to manage solutions by transferring critical product knowledge through real-time guidance and instruction, as well as through structured product training sessions in the installation, configuration, and deployment through Symark University Classes.

Professional Services will also help customers to deploy Symark PowerBroker' to better control and log access while still empowering administrators to get their jobs done.
