Insightix Adds Real-Time Situational Awareness For SIEM

Ra'anana, Israel (April 6, 2009) - Insightix, an innovator of real-time network security intelligence and control solutions, today announced it has integrated support for the Common Event Format (CEF) with its Business Security Assurance (BSA) solution suite.

Through its support of CEF, Insightix BSA can now integrate with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions. The network, device, and user intelligence information provided by Insightix BSA enables SIEM solutions to correlate event and log data with the actual assets for which incidents are reported. As a result, the number of incidents that may need further processing can automatically be reduced to a minimum.
