PRESS RELEASE

NEW YORK, NY-- February 15, 2011- Information Builders, an independent leader in business intelligence (BI) solutions, today announced that it is partnering with Dataguise, a provider of enterprise security software, to integrate the WebFOCUS BI platform into the company's DgDashboard offering. DgDashboard is a security console providing Dataguise's customers with a comprehensive view of their sensitive data disclosure risks. Standardizing on WebFOCUS will enable Dataguise to rapidly deploy and maintain the dashboard and also centrally manage and control updates to the solution.

DgDashboard enables IT supervisors to categorize and manage enterprise risks by identifying sensitive data found in production environments, indicating whether sensitive data in non-production environments is protected by masking, and highlighting where the greatest exposure risk lies on computers and servers on the network. To improve and streamline the console'sperformance management, Dataguise chose WebFOCUS for the platform's agility as well as its ability to be easily customized to individual specifications. Integrating the BI platform into DgDashboard will enable the consolidation of find, search, or mask results across the enterprise and provide multi-tenant user access with role-based access controls.

Using WebFOCUS also makes DgDashboard vertically and horizontally scalable, which is a significant benefit to Dataguise's diverse customer base. The platform allows for secure implementation and can be easily supported by help desk personnel, radically deployed and easily maintained. Additionally, WebFOCUS' interactive graphical interface makes it easy for users to customize the dashboard to view only the reports that are relevant to their specific query.

"Understanding and accurately managing sensitive data risks are of tantamount importance to today's IT support personnel and management," said Allan Thompson, executive vice president of Operations, Dataguise. "Our customers have been extremely pleased with our risk management console, but we wanted a way to make the solution more flexible and customizable to encourage further adoption. Integrating with WebFOCUS gave us this capability and we look forward to continuing our work with Information Builders in the future." "Today's organizations need an accurate and efficient method for understanding the various risks posed to the enterprise, and formulating strategies to deal with these challenges," said Gerald Cohen, CEO and president, Information Builders. "Dataguise's DgDashboard provides a comprehensive view of these issues and by tapping the benefits of our WebFOCUS platform, the company's customers will enjoy a more intuitive, customizable experience."
