Mr. Tipton, also a key architect and long-time keeper of the (ISC)² CBK®, the canon of global security topics upon which all its credential programs are based, passed away on March 16, 2012. Part of the (ISC)² Foundation’s Information Security Scholarship Program, the Harold F.
