Additionally, the firm included Sophos Premium Support Service to its license to incorporate a Service Level Agreement in addition to the around-the-clock unlimited support, 365 days a year. After re-evaluating its endpoint security, Sophos Endpoint Security & Control was selected as the best fit for the firm based on the intuitive console, small and uncomplicated updates, integrated spyware and adware protection and the ability to control applications. The firm also realized the advantage of having a software solution that pulls down version updates automatically rather than pushing updates as other vendor solutions traditionally update.
