PRESS RELEASE

NEW YORK CITY — February 17, 2009 — Zecurion Inc., the leading developer of information security systems protecting against insider threats, today announced its flagship security solution Zserver Suite's general market availability in the United States.

Building on more than 5,000 global deployments and a select install base in the U.S., Zserver Suite allows organizations and IT departments to take a holistic view of enterprise security delivering the much needed tools and resources required to secure business-critical data where it is most vulnerable, inside the network.

"Nearly every organization has devoted significant time, energy and resources to securing their networks from external threats like hackers, viruses and other malware," said Alexey Raevsky, CEO of Zecurion. "We're now beginning to see businesses pay more attention to the much larger and more likely threats to their data and security, posed by authorized network users already within the external security perimeter."

Zecurion's Zserver Suite protects confidential information at the processing and storage level, employing a multithreaded encryption process that functions transparently and writes encrypted data to the storage media in real-time. This unique write / read encryption process forms the foundation of Zserver's data storage security, ensuring the safety and security of data even if the storage media device is removed. None of the data, including the file allocation tables or any Zserver supporting files, is accessible without authorized encryption keys. With Zserver's hard disk protection system valuable data cannot be compromised.

Zserver not only prevents data leakage, but actually hides the data's existence from unauthorized access and personnel. The information is available only when a network administrator grants a user or application proper access rights to the protected data. Administrators can be confident that the key is secure as Zecurion has incorporated several features to protect the key to a company's most confidential data.

The program uses AES encryption with a 256-bit key. The key is stored in the PIN-secured memory of smart cards or USB tokens. Keys can be split into multiple parts, eliminating the risk of one person having the key to all the information.

Zserver encrypts most types of data storage hardware and devices, including: IDE and SCSI hard drives, RAID mirrored drives, CD/DVD optical disks and magnetic tapes, making Zserver a viable, cost-effective alternative to other encrypted storage hardware solutions, such as network storage appliances.

Zserver supports remote encryption keys and system administration from any workstation, LAN or via Internet. At present, the Zserver runs on following operating systems: Windows 2000/XP/2003/2008 (32 - and 64-bit) and Linux kernel 2.6.x.
