Thoma Bravo Completes Tripwire Acquisition

Portland, OR and San Francisco (May 23, 2011) – Thoma Bravo, LLC, a leading private equity investment firm, has completed the acquisition of Tripwire Inc., a global leader in IT Security and Compliance Automation solutions. Financial details were not disclosed.
Tripwire’s current CEO, Jim Johnson, will continue as CEO of Tripwire.
