SEC Renews Licenses For Guidance Software's EnCase Enterprise And EnCase Forensic Solutions
Offerings aid in computer and network investigations

PASADENA, Calif., Dec 08, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Guidance Software Inc., the World Leader in Digital Investigations(TM), announced today that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has renewed its licenses for Guidance Software's EnCase Enterprise and EnCase Forensic solutions.
EnCase Forensic facilitates the search, identification, collection, preservation, analysis and reporting of digital evidence. EnCase Enterprise provides network-enabled search, identification, preservation, analysis and reporting of digital evidence on employee computers and file servers, primarily for internal investigations, such as fraud, HR matters and computer incident analysis. Both EnCase Forensic and EnCase Enterprise use the EnCase Evidence File format, which is the only digital evidence container that has withstood numerous challenges and been validated in courts worldwide.
