Reactivity announced that Bill Messer has joined the company as chief operating officer and president
BELMONT, Calif. -- Reactivity(R), Inc. the leading XML-enabled networking solutions provider, today announced that Bill Messer has joined the company as chief operating officer and president. As a veteran technology executive, Messer brings more than 20 years of sales and operations experience to Reactivity. Messer is joining current Reactivity Chief Executive Officer, Glenn Osaka.
Prior to joining Reactivity, Messer was senior vice president of worldwide field operations at Riverbed Technology, a company that provides appliance-based systems that speed application performance across public and private wide area networks. In his time with Riverbed Technology he established a winning sales culture, generating significant sales growth in the US, EMEA and Asia. He was also managing director of Asian operations at Cisco Systems where he established 16 offices in 12 countries and established the Region as Cisco's top growth territory.

Messer's addition to the Reactivity management team reflects Reactivity's successful momentum of being consistently selected as the enterprise standard for the leaders in real-world SOA adoption. Reactivity recently announced the industry's first network-based comprehensive XML-enabled networking solutions with innovative service auto-discovery technology. With Reactivity's breakthrough, deployment time for service oriented architectures (SOAs) can be reduced by as much as 75 percent.
