Redwood City, California – June 8, 2012 – Qualys, Inc., a pioneer and leading provider of cloud security and compliance solutions, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are acting as joint bookrunning managers for the proposed offering, and RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Pacific Crest Securities LLC, Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated, JMP Securities LLC, Lazard Capital Markets LLC and First Analysis Securities Corporation are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering.
