ForeScout Upgrades NAC
ForeScout continues innovation leadership with latest network access control offering
CUPERTINO, Calif. -- ForeScout Technologies, a leading provider of clientless network access control (NAC) for Fortune 500 enterprises and government organizations, today announced a new release of its flagship NAC product, CounterACT. The new version further expands the access control, endpoint security, scalability and remediation features and further simplifies the CounterACT product family's ability to ease deployment, maintenance and global scalability for both customers and channel partners.
Extending enterprise features and ease-of-use, this new version of CounterACT effectively responds to network security challenges encountered by ForeScout's enterprise customers with an array of new features including a dissolvable client option and a powerful scripting engine for tailored automated remediation. This allows for the ultimate flexibility in achieving enterprise specific remediation of non-compliant systems.
"Controlling network access and ensuring ongoing compliance with our network security policies are paramount for our company," said Bruce Mayrand, senior manager Kawasaki Robotics. "ForeScout's current NAC offering, CounterACT, meets the stringent access control requirements of our organization. They have worked closely with us to identify areas of expanded NAC coverage. We look forward to being able to provide NAC policy enforcement that works with our VoIP systems as well as the expanded enforcement and remediation options in the upcoming release."
