PRESS RELEASE

BOSTON, February 23, 2010 - Fasoo.com, Inc., a leading DRM solution provider, announced today that it will introduce and demo Fasoo Context-Sensitive DRM at the RSA Conference in San Francisco from March 1 - 5, 2010 at booth #2459. Fasoo Context-Sensitive DRM scans documents for sensitive information, such as PII (Personally Identifiable Information), trade secrets or financial data, and automatically encrypts them with predefined security policies. Policy management is intelligently implemented at the context-level, enabling enterprises to gain enhanced control and operability of documents.

Information security is a critical element of any business, yet most security solutions focus on either keeping confidential data in or malicious activity out. Data loss prevention (DLP) is one example in that it protects information within specific perimeters, such as a PC or a company's firewall, but it doesn't provide any protection once outside of that location. Alternatively, E-DRM applies security directly to the file itself, protecting it throughout its lifecycle and regardless of where it resides.

Recent attempts have been made to integrate E-DRM with DLP to encrypt files that have been filtered by DLP. However, DLP policies overrule E-DRM policies, still limiting the range of protection. Fasoo Context-Sensitive DRM overcomes these limitations by monitoring and filtering files containing certain content or patterns, such as social security numbers or R&D data, and applying a set of security policies specific to the context.

Fasoo Context-Sensitive DRM has a single administrative console, allowing users to easily implement and administer all security requirements through the integrated key DLP features. As a result, employees gain greater access to information, while management gains increased confidence that all of their sensitive information is protected.

"Most enterprises consider documents secure when they're within a controlled boundary, such as content management systems, collaborative repositories, email inboxes or file system folders," said Dr. Kyugon Cho, Fasoo CEO and president. "However, these documents more often than not have been downloaded on desktops, laptops, and other devices by authorized users, where they can be easily copied and forwarded. With Fasoo Context-Sensitive DRM, we're enabling businesses to implement flexible information security policies to minimize business disruption, while maximizing business productivity and the protection of their sensitive information."

"As a consulting company focused on document security and data governance, protection of confidential information is a top priority to our clients," said Bill Blake, president and COO of eDocument Sciences, LLC. "Fasoo's E-DRM solution offers our clients significant advantages, because of its powerful combination of flexibility, interoperability and security. It's also one of the few E-DRM technologies that protect information throughout its entire lifecycle."

The newest version of Fasoo Enterprise DRM also presents various upgraded features to provide effective and intelligent control with unified authentication, a centralized audit system, powerful scanning and advanced monitoring features.
