RALEIGH, N.C. -- CipherOptics, the leading innovator of Compliance-Grade™ Safe Passage solutions, today announces a groundbreaking guarantee program for enterprises struggling to balance regulation compliance with application and network performance: The Safe Passage Guarantee.

During this 90 day program, CipherOptics will install an approved Compliance-Grade Safe Passage solution that will protect an organization’s data without impacting network design, application performance or user experience. If CipherOptics’ solution fails to meet its claim, the Company will pay up to $50k to the customer’s charity of choice.

This program provides a unique incentive to evaluate CipherOptics’ approach to meeting the network based information privacy and data security requirements of Sarbanes Oxley, HIPAA, CA SB 1386, Basel II, GLBA, PCI and many others. With CipherOptics’ scalable Compliance-Grade network security solutions, organizations benefit from a transparent security overlay that provides the highest levels of data security without the usual compromises that go along with it.

“With this program we want the entire industry to know what some of the most security conscious organizations in the world already know – CipherOptics enables the highest level of confidential data transmission with the lowest installation, management and operational costs,” said Ron Willis, president and CEO of CipherOptics. “Organizations can now be certain that they have a compliance strategy for protecting data in motion that provides security without compromise.”
