ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates, Nov. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Black Hat, the world's largest information security brand, has announced that Jeff Moss, VP and Information Security officer at ICANN, will keynote the third annual Abu Dhabi event, complete with a program with over 30 speakers, three briefing tracks and ten training sessions. Black Hat has been brought to the Middle East by The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA), represented by the UAE Computer Emergency Response Team (aeCERT), in cooperation with Khalifa University of Science and Technology. This year Jeff Moss will be taking the keynote stage at Black Hat Abu Dhabi. In 2009, Jeff was appointed to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Advisory Council, a group of subject matter experts providing advice to the Secretary of DHS. In 2011, Jeff was named Vice President and Chief Security Officer at the Internet Corporation for the Assignment of Names and Numbers (ICANN). He currently serves as a member of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Advisory Council, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
