Complementary Technologies
The new agreement between eIQnetworks and Juniper Networks builds on eIQnetworks existing J-Partner relationship. eIQ seamlessly interoperates with Junipers UAC 2.0 solution, in addition to Junipers full breadth of router, firewall, IPSec VPN, SSL VPN and Intrusion Detection and Prevention (IDP) products, to provide customers with unified IT security, risk and compliance management solutions.
With eIQnetworks recent introduction of SecureVue, the market now has access to the industrys first integrated IT risk management platform for the unification of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), asset, configuration, performance and vulnerability data. SecureVue automatically collects, analyzes, correlates and reports on essential security, risk and compliance-related information across heterogeneous network, systems and application layers. Interoperability between the Juniper UAC solution and SecureVue enables customers to deliver enhanced policy enforcement and network access controls that improve overall security posture and minimize IT risk, without compromising end point integrity.
By teaming with companies such as eIQnetworks to enable a best-in-class network access control infrastructure, we are providing customers with flexible and efficient ways to minimize IT risk, said Karthik Krishnan, product line manager at Juniper Networks. Juniper Networks and eIQnetworks are leading the industry by linking these critical security functions through the use of open standards.
