Perimeter eSecurity Gets Message Secure

Perimeter eSecurity announced their acquisition of Message Secure

MILFORD, Conn. -- Perimeter eSecurity, the leading provider of Complete Security On Demand, announced today their acquisition of Message Secure, also a leading provider of managed security solutions to Financial Institutions and other businesses in the US.

"Message Secure is our 9th acquired company in the past 3 years and will add over 200 clients to our already leading market position in the U.S. Financial Industry as well as leading market shares in California and Massachusetts," said Brad Miller, CEO of Perimeter. "Perimeter's acquisition strategy has allowed us to assemble the talent, technology and scale to provide the industry's leading suite of on-demand security services." Perimeter will maintain Message Secure's head office in Lowell MA.
