PRESS RELEASE

San Francisco, CA - Panorama9 today announced the integration of its cloud-based IT management platform with Zendesk, the leading SaaS help desk software provider. The integration gives small and mid-sized enterprise (SME) companies a powerful, enterprise grade IT management solution, with all the flexibility and cost savings of the cloud.

Panorama9 is a modern IT tool designed for today's work style. The intuitive, elegantly designed dashboard offers a comprehensive view for the IT manager, with real-time tracking and alerts on company assets, IT availability, security vulnerabilities, non-compliant systems, and more.

"Customers who use Zendesk as their internal help desks often need the ability to manage their IT assets," said Todd Revolt, Director of Business Development at Zendesk. "We've found Panorama9 to be a flexible, easy-to-use solution for this purpose and we're pleased to extend our customers' IT management options with this integration."

The integration turns issues detected by Panorama9 into Zendesk tickets, so IT teams can easily assign each case to the most appropriate party and track each issue from start to finish. The integrations offer access to Zendesk's case management tools for complete control on how to manage issues in the IT environment.

Any Zendesk ticket created by Panorama9 includes detailed information about the issue, along with useful links to the Panorama9 dashboard. This gives IT pros complete visibility into the IT environment and a powerful set of tools needed to troubleshoot and resolve any issues. The ticket will automatically update as Panorama9 detects any changes to the issue.

"The integration gives companies a simple tool that provides a quick overview of their IT environment, helps them manage all assets, respond quickly to issues, and keep end users informed throughout the entire process," said Allan Thorvaldsen, CEO and co-founder of Panorama9. "Businesses have the flexibility to choose the workflow that fits the way they work."

Panorama9 is a subscription-based service with tiered pricing plans (including a free plan) to fit businesses of all sizes. Zendesk integration is included at no extra charge for any Zendesk subscriber and Panorama9 user with an active 'Small' subscription plan or higher. New users can sign up for a 30-day free trial and deploy within five minutes.

ABOUT PANORAMA9

Panorama9 is a cloud-based, IT management platform bundled into a single dashboard to show you everything about your company's assets, IT availability, security vulnerabilities, and non-compliant systems. Your organization can cut its IT costs through improved up-time without having an infrastructure to deploy or manage.

The Panorama9 system will gather information from two vital sources - through locally installed agents on your computers as well as by external testing completed via Panorama9's cloud-based system. The Panorama9 installed agent is a small application (about 2 Mb) that will run silently in the background using nearly zero resources as it collects data from your designated workstations, laptops, and servers.
