Messina, senior vice president and chief operating officer of CAPS. "The union of Integralis' global presence and highly regarded areas of expertise, together with CAPS' specializations, brings a new level of total support in critical areas impacting daily operations, risk management and security."

The combined resources of Integralis and CAPS allow enterprises to simultaneously manage cost and take advantage of advanced risk mitigation and disaster recovery methodologies and solutions. Both companies have been recognized by industry analyst firms: CAPS was named a "strong performer" by Forrester Research in its Disaster Recovery Service Providers, Q1 2008 Wave Report and Integralis was again recognized in the Magic Quadrant for "Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), North America" report published by Gartner in April 2009.

"CAPS' dedication and depth of management expertise in business continuity and disaster recovery combined with Integralis' expert managed and professional services will provide enterprises with a powerful holistic solution that combines IT security, operational assurance and regulatory compliance," said Andrew Lev, group SVP, marketing, alliances and channels, Integralis.
