SVP Engineering at HOPZERO Security

Ben Haley, SVP of Engineering of HOPZERO Security, has extensive experience monitoring application performance and identifying security vulnerabilities. He was the initial software engineering director at NetQoS where he led the development of the first scalable NetFlow reporting solution and the first real-time network-based application performance monitoring solution. He then led NetQoS's research team developing techniques to detect network intrusions.

At online advertiser MaxPoint Interactive, Ben led development into new markets. These systems had to manage extreme scalability and throughput. These systems integrated with customer networks and financial systems requiring extremely tight security.

Ben holds an MBA from Concordia University Texas, Master of Computer Science from Texas A&M, and bachelor's degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from Louisiana Tech University. He is an active member of the Louisiana Tech Cyber Engineering Industry Advisory Board.
