PRESS RELEASE

Gothenburg, 12 February 2014: Cryptzone, the data protection specialists, today unveiled its latest offering - Mobile Access Protect (MAP). This security enhanced mobile browser allows users to safely access information, files or web-based applications – based on dynamically generated rules. MAP 'firewalls' the data to prevent data leakage, disables all APIs from running and prevents users from copying or moving data to other insecure apps.

Currently available free from the iOS App Store for iPhones and iPads, an Android version will ship later this month. MAP works in conjunction with Cryptzone's AppGate Security Server, which is recognized for its advanced access control capabilities designed to protect enterprise data and applications. Incorporating detailed reporting and audit logging capabilities, visibility and control of mobile/BYOD risks is greatly simplified helping support the overall enterprise access strategy.

"Whether organizations like it or not, they have to introduce effective mobile collaboration practices that embrace the benefits offered from BYOD." explains Jamie Bodley-Scott, Product Manager for Secure Access at Cryptzone. "The challenge is to do this in a secure way that is both practical for IT departments and users. We believe the answer is to protect the data, not the device. That is the core principle behind Mobile Access Protect."

Core strengths of Cryptzone's Mobile Access Protect include:

· Secure mobile browsing to web-based content in an environment that prevents data leakage.

· Easy for users who simply log in and the secure browser automatically populates with 'bookmarks', according to user permissions, ensuring user-friendly navigation to the content needed.

· Centralized administrative control over access permissions with the ability to configure security policies - even for BYOD.

· Reporting and audit logging of exactly who has accessed corporate data, whether from a mobile device or pc, provides a valuable tool for the evaluation and mitigation of IT security risk.
