ATLANTA -- Marshal Inc., a global provider of integrated email and Internet content management solutions announced a distribution partnership effective July 1 with Interwork, one of the world’s leading value-added distributors of business IP security and communications solutions. The partnership enables both companies to offer enhanced support to channel partners in an effort to meet growing demands for proactive email and Web security, protection and compliance solutions.

Interwork will serve as the sole distributor of Marshal’s products in the United States and Canada, working directly with Marshal’s Solutions and Affiliate Partners. With 15 years of experience as a value added distributor (VAD) and partner, Interwork brings extensive expertise and strong reputation among resellers specializing in security and communications solutions.

“Teaming up with Marshal is a leap forward for our content security portfolio, enhancing channel partner access to an incredibly scalable, customizable and granular set of content security solutions,” said Chris Riopelle, vice president and general manager, Interwork. “With email and online resources a business-critical part of today’s work environment, Marshal’s leading security offerings are a very attractive solution for our partners.”

With new threats disrupting business, impacting productivity and damaging reputations every day, Marshal’s content security solutions take a proactive approach to identifying email and Web vulnerabilities by integrating content filtering, compliance, secure messaging, archiving, antivirus, anti-spam, anti-spyware and anti-porn control. More than seven million end users in over 17,000 companies rely on Marshal’s flagship products: MailMarshal SMTP, WebMarshal and MailMarshal Exchange.

“We look forward to benefiting from Interwork’s extensive knowledge of our products and the channel,” said Patrick Collins, director, Marshal Americas Channel Sales. “With Interwork we have an excellent means of getting our email and Web monitoring products to small and medium-sized businesses to help protect confidential corporate data, avoid prosecution, improve employee productivity and protect corporate reputations.”
