Xceedium Increases Revenue By 60 Percent Over 2007

Xceedium provides a secure remote administration solution that enhances operational efficiency

JERSEY CITY, N.J. - March 16, 2009 - Xceedium, the premier provider of entitlement management solutions that reduce the cost and complexity of controlling and tracking high-risk users, today announced that it has continued its rapid revenue growth in 2008 with a 60 percent increase in overall revenue and 167 percent growth in its customer base over 2007. The company also recently received prominent industry awards.

Xceedium's core solutions address the needs of its customers to reduce cost, increase operational efficiency and enhance security due to the unique risks associated with vendors, outsourced IT, remote application developers, internal technical employees, contractors and other high-risk users working within the critical IT infrastructures of enterprise, mid-market and government organizations.

Xceedium provides a secure remote administration solution that enhances operational efficiency, as well as solutions for vendor access control, managing outsourcing risk and meeting compliance requirements for PCI and HIPAA. Large enterprise and government customers rely on Xceedium GateKeeper as an all-in-one solution for managing high-risk user access, policy enforcement, monitoring, alerting, tracking, recording and centralized, targeted reporting.

"As the economy contracts and organizations try to do more with less, Xceedium GateKeeper has emerged as an excellent way to enhance IT security while increasing operational efficiency," said Cheryl Traverse, President and CEO of Xceedium. "As a result we have seen significant growth in revenue, customer base and industry recognition."

Xceedium has also recently been honored with a number of prestigious industry awards, including recognition by Forrester Research as a "Hot Company to Watch in 2008 (Q4 Update)," and by Red Herring as a "Top 100 Global Company." Xceedium has also earned a CRN Emerging Tech Award and has been named "Best Security Management Tool" by Tomorrow's Technology Today. CEO Cheryl Traverse recently won recognition as a finalist in the 2008 Stevie Awards for Women in Business.
