Symantec CEO to Keynote at RSA

CUPERTINO, Calif. -- Symantec Corp. (Nasdaq: SYMC) today announced that John W. Thompson, Symantec's chairman and chief executive officer, will keynote at the RSAR Conference 2007 on Wednesday, Feb. 6, at 10 a.m. PT. Several other Symantec executives will present in various conference tracks including Applied Security Case Studies, Policy & Government, Wireless, Security Solutions, Enterprise Defense, and Authentication. RSA Conference 2007 is being held Feb. 5-9, at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.

In his keynote, Thompson will discuss the need to implement a broad IT risk management program and the importance of ensuring that customers have confidence in today's connected world.
