Giardina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Villanova University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Among his other responsibilities, Giardina will focus on ensuring that Protegrity further capitalizes on its leadership position in enterprise data security, developing strategic partnerships, positioning the company for sustained growth, and leveraging the knowledge gained from his relationships with Protegrity's customers to ensure the company continues to deliver the solutions that enterprises need to protect their data and their brand.
