Mark Hermeling joins Mimecast from Accenture's financial services division where he led the development of data management and business intelligence. He has more than 14 years of software development and consulting experience across the financial services, energy and telecoms industries. At Mimecast he will guide the R&D teams to advance the cutting edge SaaS-based email services, with a focus on information management across the mobile workforce and social media outlets.

Mark Reeves joins Mimecast from global interactive classrooms provider, Promethean, where he was Senior Vice President of International Development. Prior to this he worked for RSA Security as Vice President of their international business. He has over 20 years' experience in direct and indirect sales in the software and security marketplace. At Mimecast, he is charged with accelerating the company's international growth and channel development and moving the company towards a completely indirect sales model.
