PRESS RELEASE

Portsmouth, NH " April 30, 2009 " GlobalSign Inc. (www.globalsign.com), one of the longest established Certification Authorities (CA) and specialists in SSL Partner Programs, has today announced a new Site Seal function which will enable GlobalSign's SSL Partners to display their own co-branded Site Seal on their websites.

GlobalSign currently offers a free Secure Site Seal to all SSL Partners, which helps them to educate web visitors on the security technology they employ to protect against phishing attacks and eavesdropping. The Site Seal clearly shows that the transactions performed on the website are securely encrypted by GlobalSign's strong SSL technology. When clicked, the Site Seal profile displays easy to understand website security information and allows organizations to display details such as trading address and telephone number, giving visitors visible, real-time assurance that the website is authentic and protected.

After consultation and feedback from its rapidly expanding SSL Partner base, the release of the new co-branded Site Seal will enable GlobalSign's Partners to further raise their security profiles, whilst communicating to their website visitors that they see their customer's protection as a key priority; opting to partner with a leading Certification Authority providing high quality SSL security solutions.

"With the need for organizations to visibly show a visitor that their website is secure growing at an unprecedented rate, there have been many requests from existing partners to have their own Site Seal" says Katsuo Chujo, Director of Marketing, GlobalSign, Inc. "The new co-branded Site Seal will help to increase the brand recognition of our partners and will also show their commitment to the importance of online security".

GlobalSign is planning to launch a number of co-branded Site Seals with new and existing partners during 2009.
