CUPERTINO, Calif. -- ForeScout Technologies, a leading provider of clientless network access control (NAC) for Fortune 500 enterprises and government organizations, today announced that it has established three training centers: The centers are located in Cupertino, California, Dallas, Texas and New York, New York. The launch of these training centers is in response to customer and partner demands for educational programs based upon recent CounterACT purchases and in preparation of NAC deployments.

"Enterprises are ready to deploy network access control solutions

today -- our strong growth has given tangible proof to this fact," said Gord Boyce, president of ForeScout Technologies. "Customers are looking to us for design and implementation expertise as well as overall training in network access control best practices and preparation for enterprise wide deployments. The training programs we provide offer these customers the exact level of support they need -- from introductory education to more advanced policy creation and scripting training. This ensures our customers can gain the maximum value out of the flexibility built into CounterACT to tailor the product to their specific and often complex environments."

The training centers operate in conjunction with ForeScout's US channel partners. ForeScout certified trainers provide expert instruction on network access control design and deployment. The accompanying training material has been developed from real-life experience over the course of two years from numerous global customer deployments. The material depicts a variety of unique and standard cases and configuration issues which ForeScout engineers have encountered and resolved. The training is designed with NAC usability in mind, ensuring a custom-fit network access control solution based on the ForeScout CounterACT platform.

"We have been experiencing a steady increase in demand for ForeScout's network access control solution," said Nic Alicandri, director of sales at CipherTechs. "We are pleased to be partnering with ForeScout to deliver administration training for its CounterACT platform to the end-user community. It has been our experience that customers using CounterACT have been more than pleased with the technology and product support. Establishing these training centers is yet another example of ForeScout's consistent responsiveness to hearing its customers' needs and providing timely solutions for those customers, as well as partners."
