The FireScope Web Monitoring feature will facilitate the complete simulation of the web user experience, delivering to clients an unprecedented level of visibility into the performance of business critical applications.

The new feature allows FireScope users to identify specific performance problem areas which can affect efficiency and profitability. For example, in an e-commerce operation, the Web Monitoring feature can follow specific steps like browse a website, add an item to a shopping cart, and proceed through the check-out process. The Feature will alert the user of any failed or flawed steps which affect the success of the process, while collecting performance metrics such as response time and download time for each step of the use case. In addition to such performance metrics, the Web Monitoring feature can also aggregate business metrics from the same application, reporting, for example, the number of transactions completed or revenue generated over a certain amount of time, including real-time.
