Users of Check Point Connectra secure remote access gateway now have a new way to set up Entrust SSL VPN certificates needed for encrypted sessions

(Nasdaq: ENTU), today announced it is delivering a more streamlined Entrust SSL VPN certificate deployment for customers of Check Point(R) Software Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: CHKP). Users of Check Point Connectra(TM) secure remote access gateway now have a new way to set up Entrust SSL VPN certificates needed for encrypted sessions. Using SSL VPN protects data in transit, mitigating the risk of hackers gaining access to company information.

Check Point Connectra customers will be able to purchase one-, two- or three-year Entrust SSL VPN certificates that lock in certificate pricing for the designated licensing period. Also, included in the regular product installation and documentation process, Entrust SSL VPN certificates can be readily accessed in Check Point Connectra through a special URL page. This integration allows for better manageability of network security, while simplifying the certificate access and download.
