Mobile Armor announced its selection by the Department of Defense as a primary provider of encryption solutions

ST. LOUIS -- Mobile Armor, a leading provider of mobile data and asset protection, today announced its selection by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), the General Services Administration and the Office of Management and Budget as a primary provider of encryption solutions for protecting desktops, laptops, smart phones, PDAs and removable media storage devices. Mobile Armor’s mobile data security solutions are designed to secure all data that lies at rest in storage on a computer, wireless device or removable storage device such as CDs, floppy disks and memory sticks. The Data At Rest Tiger Team (DARTT), comprised of 20 DoD components, 18 federal agencies and NATO, has approved Mobile Armor’s software and hardware encryption products for full disk encryption (FDE), file encryption (FES) and integrated FDE/FES within all federal, state and local government agencies.
